Aspect Personnel are working with a council in Victoria's North East to recruit experienced Building Inspector (Limited) to join their team. 

This is a temporary contract for up to 12 months depending on the candidates availability with the possibility of being extended further.

The role will be part time (3 days per week).

The Building Inspector role will be responsible for completing domestic building and swimming pool inspections. 
  
You will be responsible for: 

• Conducting mandatory inspections
• Prepare detailed and accurate inspection reports
• Liaison with internal/external stakeholders
• Site visits and site surveys

As the ideal candidate you will have/be:  

• A Registered Building Inspector (Unlimited or Limited)
• A tertiary qualification in building surveying or relevant experience/qualifications
• A solid understanding of relevant acts, regulations and standards
• Excellent time management and negotiation skills
• A current driver's license
