Projects: Commercial Projects up to $10m

Salary: $90K - $150K + Super

A young and enthusiastic fitout contractor specialising in Office, Retail, Hospitality and Industrial projects across Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide constructing up to $10m. 
With over 11 live projects, this builder has a full pipeline until mid 2025.
You will be supported by a hands on Director, who allows their staff to be autonomous in their abilities. 
This Design & Construct builder has 8 staff and due to an influx of work as a result of the Director's connections, is looking to add 2 new members to the team.

Role: 

Joining as an Estimator, your duties will consist of managing the full tender process, pricing, vetting and measuring of Design & Construct projects.
You will also be fully across the accounts and have a solid financial acumen. 
This is a fully autonomous position with support and reporting into the Director on all things Estimating.

Requirements: 

You will have at least 4 years industry experience as an Estimator, working in the Fitout/ Refurbishment sector. 
The successful candidate will have existing relationships with quality sub contractors in the Fitout sector and be able to bring on new relationships.
You will have strong communication and negotiating skills.
