The role:
As the HR Advisor/Coordinator, you will report directly into the Studio Director. As a medium sized business, you will be responsible for managing the full employee experience lifecycle.
Your main duties will include:
- Partnering with managers to provide advice and guidance on how to best support their team
- Being the point of contact for all HR related enquiries
- Managing all Visa applications and relocation packages
- Maintaining and troubleshooting HRIS (Employment Hero)
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding, contract changes, performance management, remuneration reviews and offboarding
- Leading OH&S and employee wellbeing initiatives
- End to end recruitment
- Assist in workforce planning activities, including analysing staffing needs, talent gaps, and recommending strategies
- Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- 4+ years of HR generalist experience
- Proven experience working with leaders to coach and guide their decision-making process as they manage the employee lifecycle of their team
- Experience working with a HRIS, particularly Employment Hero
- Experience in the interior design or architecture industry is not necessary but would be advantageous
