A highly regarded, Tier 2 Commercial Builder with over 2 decades of successful operation. Known for delivering high value and high profile D&C projects throughout Melbourne across the Commercial, Apartment, Industrial and Retail sectors.
A strong pipeline of work (10 + projects for 2024) has led to the need for experienced commercial staff for 2024.
The Role:
Reporting to the Project Manager you will be working on $100M to $400M commercial projects where you will be responsible for:
- Managing the Project financial position
- Managing the Project in accordance with Project Administration and System requirements
- Consistently providing effective communication and relationship development with clients
- Ensuring Project Management team remain up to date with client expectations and project status reports
- Managing the contractual and financial aspects of the company’s agreements with its suppliers and subcontractors
- Experience of working on commercial projects >$50M
- Experience working for a Tier 1 or 2 Commercial Builder
- Tertiary qualification in Construction
- Excellent time management
- Very good written and verbal communication
- Appropriate IT skills
