The Opportunity

An established, full-service FRP Contractor servicing Tier 1 clients across the Commercial, Civil and Residential sectors.

With two brand new projects starting in January 2025, we are seeking candidates from Senior engineering to Senior Project management backgrounds ideally from similar project scopes between $5M - 20M (structures value).

This business has the following immediate projects to start working, you will be dynamic and fast learning to hit the ground running as successfully as possible.

• $15M Structures Package Project | Tier 2 Builder
• $15M Structures Package Project | Tier 1 Builder

Your direct duties will include:

• Develop project plans and program
• Prepare and monitor project costs
• Create and maintain budgets
• Lead and supervise the site team through project milestones
• Create and maintain OH&S measures and procedures
• Regular communication with clients, attend site meetings

The ideal experience to bring to the company:

• Project Manager experience for a concrete structure company delivering Tier 1/2 commercial projects
• Previous experience with Jumpform construction methodology
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering or Project management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
