A national construction company based in the Western suburbs of Melbourne that complete large scale industrial and commercial projects up to $50m.
Majority of their projects include factories, warehouses, office buildings, multi retail builds and logistical infrastructure.
The company has a strong pipeline of work and are looking for three new site managers to start immediately.
Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be delivering industrial and commercial projects (Childcare, service stations and commercial office) valued up to $50m across the Western and Northern suburbs of Melbourne.
Start Date of Early February, as the client will interview before Christmas
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following experience:
- At least 5 years Site Management experience
- Ability to manage construction projects up to $20m
- First Aid, Cert IV OHS, White Card
- Current Drivers License
- 1 – 2 labourers as direct reports
- Strong knowledge of safety standards
