With the roadmap out of lockdown unveiled recently, Victorian businesses now have a timeline for when fully vaccinated employees can start returning to the office. However, for many businesses, the anticipated release may have raised more questions than it provided answers.
Since the announcement, we had several clients reach out regarding employee vaccinations; interested to learn the legalities and gain insight as to how other businesses in the space were intending to manage the contentious issue.
In order to provide insight on this developing issue, we moved quickly to connect clients with a subject matter expert. We hosted a live Q&A style webinar on Wednesday 22nd September with Employment Lawyer, Paul O'Halloran, to help businesses navigate the world of employee vaccination. Paul is a Partner in the Employment and Safety team at Colin Biggers & Paisley, and kindly agreed to co-host the webinar with our MD, Matt Sampson, to address the legal considerations of COVID-19 employee vaccinations, workplace rights and employer obligations.
