Aspect Personnel is currently working with a Council in Melbourne's West to recruit a Senior Drainage Engineer for a 4 month contract. 

The council offers flexible hybrid working arrangements. 

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for:

• Oversight of consultants council has engaged to complete drainage assessments and designs
• Provide reviews and feedback on consultant designs
• Preparation of internal reports and provision of updates to council
• Site visit to investigate complex designs 

As the ideal candidate you will have/be:

• A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, or relevant qualifications/ experience
• A Civil Engineer, with extensive experience  dealing with complex drainage problems, ideally within a Local Government environment
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• A current VIC driver's license
