The Role
The ideal candidate will suit someone who is confident, detail-oriented and a team player.
This is a part time or full time role, ideally 4-5 days with flexibility for hours worked across the week.
Responsibilities
- Accounts payables/receivables
- Bank reconciliations
- Invoicing
- Maintain digital documents and files
- Liaise with project team leaders to ensuring efficient accounts/business operations
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for business meetings
- General administration
- High level communication skills both written and verbal
- 2-3 + years of relevant experience in Administration (a design/professional services environment highly regarded)
- Software experience:- Xero (essential) Total synergy (can be taught) Excel (must be confident with standard formulas and document set up)
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and part of the wider admin team
- Great communication skills and someone who is happy collaborating with many different people in the business
- Trusted employee with an understanding of how to handle sensitive/confidential information with absolute discretion
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a calm and professional manner
- Positive attitude and a 'No fuss' approach to work; happy to get stuck in and help where required!
