After his time in the London and New Zealand recruitment sector, Michael joined Aspect in 2016, taking our public sector team by storm. With a passion for doing recruitment the right way, Michael is an expert in connecting Victorian councils with talented candidates in engineering, project management and construction. He handles competing client and candidate demands like a pro, always ensuring candidates are nurtured and succeed in their careers. In 2022, Michael moved into the role of Manager for our Public Sector Recruitment team.
