Survey

Our PACE Survey is an annual report on market and salary conditions across Victoria’s built industries. Since launching in 2012, we’ve funded the research and production of the report, donating every dollar raised from sales to our charity partners. So far, we’ve proudly raised over $100,000 for deserving organisations.

Christmas charity drive



Each year, we proudly coordinate a festive charity drive for organisations like the Starlight Children’s Foundation and Foodbank Victoria. Since 2015, our collections have helped provide support including regular meals, eye glasses and basic hygiene items to vulnerable families, plus craft activities to children in hospital at Christmas.

Meet a Recruiter

Aspect is a founding partner of Meet a Recruiter, a movement started by agency recruiters who are passionate about assisting job seekers. At free events held around Australia and New Zealand, our consultants volunteer to offer professional advice and guidance to help job seekers be the best they can be.

Staff volunteer days

Each year, our staff can spend two days volunteering with a charity of their choice. If there’s a cause you’re passionate about, we want to empower you to support it. We also drive a number of charitable initiatives each year to create awareness and support for local charities.
