Finance & Quality Lead

​Claire is Aspect’s Operations Manager and joined the business in 2021. Heading up our operations division, Claire’s role encompasses finance, IT, operational leadership, risk and project management.

With extensive experience in operational and office management roles, including extensive experience in Melbourne’s construction industry, Claire is passionate about supporting teams and driving businesses forward. She is committed to making businesses more efficient and successful, while protecting the organisational culture and values. 

Claire works closely with all of Aspect’s team and manages relationships with key business partners.
