Only a couple of years into his career, Matt had already identified some of the challenges associated with the recruitment industry so, at just 22, started his own company. Matt launched Aspect in 2008 out of a determination to challenge the norms of recruitment. To create an agency that focuses on real partnerships over profit, gives back to the community and develops recruitment as a true career path. Committed to reshaping the future of the industry, Matt is an elected director of the Recruitment, Consulting and Staffing Association of Australia (RCSA) board, founder of Meet a Recruiter which offers free guidance to help job seekers be their best, and works with organisations as a consultant and strategic advisor.
