About the Role
Based in the Gippsland office , you will play a key role in designing and delivering residential subdivision projects . Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the civil design and project delivery of master-planned subdivisions
- Managing and mentoring junior engineers and designers
- Overseeing water, sewer, drainage, earthworks, and road designs
- Engaging with councils, authorities, and key stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and Australian standards
- Providing technical expertise and contributing to project success
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of local experience in subdivision design and delivery
- Strong technical skills in 12D, AutoCAD, and relevant software
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience liaising with councils, developers, and regulatory bodies
- Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior staff
