This is a contract role with the possibility of being offered a permanent role. 

Start date: Immediate 

The role: 

My client is looking to appoint someone who is proactive and highly organised to support the Bid Manager. This is a busy role and will suit someone who can keep calm under pressure, whilst juggling multiple tasks. 
  • Format, draft and review all proposal documents to ensure accuracy and consistent with branding and quality standards
  • Coordinate and maintain marketing materials
  • Maintain databases and libraries
  • Assist in writing project profiles
  • Interpret briefs and draft responses
  • Manage the template library
  • Engage key stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of templates, marketing material and collateral. 
You will have:
  • Previous bid/tender experience (preferably within architecture)
  • Excellent InDesign skills
  • Familiarity with the tender process
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Worked to deadlines in a high pressured environment
  • Proactive approach to work
  • Positive, helpful manner
