Preferred Requirements:
- Proficiency in civil engineering design, with a strong understanding of 12D software and AutoCAD drafting
- Experience in designing building-associated civil engineering elements, such as car parks, earthworks, site grading, storm water drainage, pavements, and access roads
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to tackle complex engineering challenges
