Preferred Requirements:
- Proficiency in 12D and AutoCAD software for civil design and drafting
- Expertise in designing water, sewer, earthworks, roads, pipelines, and storm water drainage systems
- Ability to produce detailed design plans and engineering reports
- Strong verbal communication and report writing skills
- Familiarity with land development and subdivision projects
- Civil Engineering degree or equivalent
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in the land subdivisions space
- Passion for delivering high-quality civil engineering solutions
