You will gain experience and guidance from ex Tier 1 leaders who provide their knowledge onto up and coming staff, with a focus on being a close, tight knit team.
This builder has a guaranteed pipeline of projects for the next 24 months, with vision to grow into different sectors.
Role & Responsibilities:
Joining the business as a Contract Administrator, you will be required to undertake the general administration, procurement, review and negotiate sub contracts, manage head contracts.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have:
- Relevant Construction Degree
- At least 5 years experience in Commercial Fit Out space in Australia
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Jobpac experience
- A strong commercial mindset
- Unlimited working rights in Australia
