An established provider of Power Transformers engineering solutions to Australia’s largest energy projects, electricity networks and heavy industrial industries.
Engaged from the tender review stage, you will be a Contracts Administrator or Contracts specialist with a key interest in the renewable energy sector or current experience working with a power/energy provider.
The Role
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will support the business on contractual review and management, project coordination, coordinating bid preparations, Document Control, and working with the delivery teams on project execution.
You will be supported in your role by the General Manager and Contracts Manager, and provided with training (internally and externally).
Requirements
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification – Engineering, Construction Management, Law, Commerce etc.
- 2+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator from a supplier, developer, or contractor.
- Someone who enjoys working collaboratively – a Team Player
- Experience in a technical product-based industry would be advantageous but not essential
- Experience in the major infrastructure, energy, or power sectors would be advantageous but not essential
- Experience reviewing service agreements highlighting potential risks, draft departures, and managing the performance of contracts through delivery.
- This is an office-based position with a 5-day work-from-the-office schedule.
