Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Documenter who thrives in the commercial space and knows ArchiCAD like the back of their hand.
Our client is a design-focused architectural studio working on a broad range of commercial projects – from sleek office fit-outs to large-scale mixed-use developments. They pride themselves on collaboration, design integrity, and leveraging technology to deliver exceptional outcomes.
As our new Senior Documenter , you’ll take ownership of our BIM workflows and documentation standards. You’ll be responsible for coordinating detailed drawing packages, managing model integrity, and supporting the team with best practices in ArchiCAD.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead documentation for commercial projects through all stages (DD to Construction)
- Manage and maintain ArchiCAD models across multiple projects
- Develop and implement BIM protocols and template standards
- Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Provide training and ongoing support to staff in ArchiCAD and documentation techniques
- Proven experience in commercial architecture projects
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD
- Solid understanding of BIM workflows and coordination processes
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
