The Role
As Front of House, you’ll be the face of the practice, ensuring a welcoming experience for staff, clients, and suppliers. You’ll manage front-of-house operations, oversee facilities and assist with coordinating meetings and events.
This role is ideal for someone outgoing, friendly, and passionate about fostering and enhancing a vibrant office culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, answer calls, and manage meeting rooms.
- Oversee office supplies, mail, and travel coordination.
- Organize internal events, fundraisers, and presentations.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day studio operations and assist the wider team.
- Experience in Reception, FOH, Studio Coordination, or Office Management.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Experience in architecture/design (preferred but not essential).
- Wellness room, end-of-trip facilities.
- Monthly presentations & industry events.
- Social outings—wine tours, ski trips
