Busy Engineering consultancy who have experienced continual growth and increase in staff numbers for the last 5 years. Now looking to engage an HR professional to help further shape their business and introduce best practice people standards as they continue into their next phase of growth.
The role
Working 3 or 4 days per week, in a generalist HR role including recruitment and talent management. Implement best practice, initiate projects and ideas and provide sound advice.
Due to the standalone nature of this HR role, you will be both strategic and hands-on in your approach to work.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment and talent management of technical professionals
- Remuneration and salary reviews
- Onboarding
- Performance review process
- Training and development plans
- Advice and coaching to people managers and leadership team
- Employee engagement activities
