This infrastructure and plumbing construction company has operated in Victoria for decades and is now seeking a Manager to oversee its Commercial and industrial maintenance division.
You will be responsible for winning new work, developing teams of maintenance plumbers, managing clients, and overseeing the department's profit and loss responsibilities.
This role would suit a senior manager in the Industrial / Commercial plumbing sector who is looking to join a large company.

- Strong commitment to safety and quality, with a track record of developing and maintaining effective policies and procedures
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop scopes and associated quotes
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in operations management, construction, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of 15-30 professionals
- Proficiency in maintaining and developing operating manuals and ensuring effective use of systems and processes
