Are you a seasoned Senior Project Architect or Associate with a passion for delivering hospitality projects? This is your opportunity to take the lead on exciting, design-driven projects while managing contract administration and ensuring seamless project delivery.
The Role:
As a key member of this award-winning studio, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and delivering hospitality projects from concept to completion
- Overseeing contract administration (including liaising with clients, consultants & contractors)
- Ensuring project timelines and budgets are met
- Managing and mentoring junior team members
- Producing high-quality documentation in Revit
About You:
- Registered Architect (or working towards)
- Strong experience in hospitality projects
- Proven ability to manage contract administration
- Advanced Revit skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing abilities
