This contractor specialises in a combination of civil earthworks, formwork, bridge decks, capping beams and commercial car parks across all of Metro Melbourne.
Working with predominantly Tier 1 principle contractors we are seeking a driven Project Manager to add value to a rapidly growing business.
You will be supported by 2-3 engineers on site and have the capability to run projects end-to-end up to $10 million in construction value.
SPE's with relevant experience are encouraged to apply, sponsorship of the right candidate is available with this company.
Your Key Responsibilities include the following:
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the designated timeframe and budget
- Oversee site activities and manage subcontractors
- Communicate effectively with Tier 1 client representatives
- Adhere to all health and safety requirements
- Directly manage engineers on-site
- A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Formwork Project Manager / Engineer is a must
- Experience delivering projects to Tier 1 standards and specifications
- Strong understanding of earthworks, steel framing, suspended slabs, FRP and concreting quality construction
- Degree in Construction/Engineering
- Experience working on construction projects up to $15 million in construction value
