About the Role:
As a Senior Architect, you will manage projects from design through to construction, guiding your team and contributing to the success of high-profile projects. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to establish and nurture client relationships, collaborate with consultants, and support the business development strategy. Your leadership across multiple projects will help shape the direction of the practice, both locally and nationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from concept design to contract administration.
- Oversee day-to-day project operations and team performance.
- Cultivate new client relationships while maintaining existing partnerships.
- Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Plan project delivery and resourcing in coordination with the leadership team.
- Foster team development and mentor junior staff members.
- 10+ years of architectural experience, with a strong portfolio of medium to large-scale projects.
- Expertise in Education and Commercial sectors is highly preferred.
- Strong technical skills and experience with contract administration.
- Proficient in Revit and other design software, with the ability to lead project teams.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including tender and lump sum deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships and collaborate effectively with consultants and internal teams.
- Eligibility to work in Australia is a must
