Role
The relevant role is a permanent role delivering a $350M Health Re-Development in a Warrnambool location. The project is currently live and is projected to finish in 2028.
Responsibilities will include:
- Communicating directly with the client and resolving any disputes that may arise
- Ensuring project is delivered on time, within budget and time frame
- Create, develop and guide project team
- Be the main point of contact for all stakeholders
- Set and monitor project KPI's and milestones
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Senior Project Manager/Project Director role delivering Commercial projects for Tier 1 or 2 head contractors
- Health project experience heavily favorable
- Lives local to the Warrnambool region and has a good understanding of the local commercials and trades
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
