Salary: $140k - $180k package

My client, a leading privately owned commercial construction company active across all sectors of the industry with areas of specific expertise in institutional and local government projects up to the value of $30m.
Duties:
As the Site Manager, you will be required to:
- Manage daily operations of the Construction site
- Coordinate various trades and stakeholders
- Enforce and oversee OH&S procedures and measures
- Enforce quality standards are being maintained
- Resolve any disputes that arise on-site
- Mentor, develop and upskill junior colleagues
We are looking to speak with experienced Site Managers that have delivered projects in the education, health or government space (New Build or Refurb) either as a Foreman/2ic or Site Manager.
Previous experience working with Hammertech & Procore would be advantageous.
