- Subdivisions Contractor - Masterplanned Communities
- Sites located in the north & western suburbs of Melbourne
- Up to $140k + super + vehicle
A known upper-tier subdivision contractor in Victoria that is partnering with Developers to deliver large-scale residential estates and major masterplan communities, this business has a track record of delivering successful projects and looking to grow its team due to successfully winning new projects.
We are on the hunt for experienced Supervisors of large-scale greenfield subdivisions, running sites autonomously, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Main responsibilities
- Reporting to the Area Manager you will have end-to-end responsibility for running your own site
- Delivery of greenfield land development sites from tender award until completion
- Oversee works onsite including bulk earthworks, drainage, electrical, roads and pavements.
- Coordinating site activities, dealing with councils, OH&S, scheduling resources and machinery
- Adhere to Health and Safety requirements - instill a culture of safe working methods
- Communicate with clients, councils, consultants, and relevant authorities
- Implement project plans and programming
- A minimum of 5+ years experience as a Civil Supervisor in large land development projects in Australia
- Strong understanding of bulk earthworks, drainage, and road construction
- Degree in Construction/Engineering (advantageous)
- Experience in multistage subdivision construction projects up to $40 million
- Ability to meet project milestones
- Excellent time management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Appropriate IT skills
