The following terms and conditions apply and are accepted by anyone participating in the scheme or referring potential applicants to Aspect Personnel:

            1. All candidate referrals and proof of referral must be made in writing to Aspect Personnel via web submission form before or at the time of the initial application/referral to Aspect Personnel by the person referring; referrals cannot be accepted retrospectively.

            2. Only those referrals that result in a full-time, permanent placement of the individual being referred will qualify for the bonus.

            3. Any potential candidate or person referred to Aspect Personnel must be placed by Aspect Personnel within 6 months of the referral date.

            4. The person referring must obtain prior consent from the potential candidate before referring to Aspect Personnel and the individual/candidate must be aware that they are being referred to Aspect Personnel.

            5. The referral bonus is paid within 3months of the permanent placement being made. No bonus is payable if the employment is terminated for any reason during this period.

            6. The offer is not open to a referred candidate who is already known to or registered with Aspect Personnel at the time of the referral.

            7. The bonus scheme is not available to employees of Aspect Personnel.

            8. There are no limits to the number of referrals that can be made.

            9. Information supplied will only be used in accordance with this scheme and not passed to any third parties.

            10. The candidate referred must be eligible to work and live in Australia.

            11. Aspect Personnel reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw the "Refer a Friend" scheme at any time and without notice.

            12. Aspect Personnel shall not be liable for any losses or damages that may result from entering the "Refer a Friend" scheme.

            13. All information received by Aspect Personnel is taken in good faith and on the understanding from the person referring that they are authorised to pass the information which will be free from any intellectual property claims.

            14. The referral scheme is open from 8th October 2021 until otherwise stated.

            15. The bonus is paid in the form of a $250 prepaid EFTPOS gift card.

            16. The additional $250 charity donation will be made to an agreed charity nominated by the referee and evidence of donation provided on request.
