This well-established mid-sized engineering consultancy provides engineering solutions for various project sectors. Based in inner city and close to tram links, this is a well established business with a good reputation.
The Role:
You will coordinate the preparation, collation, formatting and submission of high-quality proposals, bids, capability statements, presentations, documents and other business development material.
Please note:
This role will be working in the office full time.
What will you be doing?
- Work within timelines and ensure tender deadlines are met
- Produce presentations and various documents
- Manage the post submission process, including clarifications, schedule resubmissions.
- Attend bid meetings, taking minutes and follow up on outstanding items
- Assist with the development of content and communication for website and social media
- Monitoring of various tender search websites and portals for potential project opportunities
- Undertake other general administration as required
- Experience in a similar Bid Administrator position in the built/natural environment industry is ideal, but not essential
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Adobe Creative skills - specifically Indesign preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication is required.
- Be self-motivated and eager to learn
- Be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
