- Extensive background as a Civil Engineer with a strong focus on residential subdivision, and land development projects
- Proficiency in design software such as 12D and AutoCAD, ensuring efficient and innovative design solutions
- Excellent people management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a talented design team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Commercial acumen and a strategic mindset to drive technology advancements and optimize design department utilization
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar design office management role, preferably within a consulting or engineering firm
- Demonstrated expertise in water, sewer, and other civil infrastructure design
