About the Role
We are seeking an experienced agency Recruitment Manager to join our team, driving growth within our construction business unit and supporting and developing an existing team of talented recruiters. There is potential to leverage off existing relationships as well as the opportunity to build out new markets.
This position will suit someone who has a growth mindset and natural leadership capability to bring the best out of their team. You'll bring new ideas to drive progress, play a key role in the leadership group, and collaborate across the business.
About you
We are seeking an experienced recruitment manager from a white collar agency environment. Experience within the built and natural project sectors will be an added bonus but we are also keen to consider experience from similar sectors. You will have demonstrated experience leading a team and developing staff.
- Develop and deliver financial objectives for business unit
- Identify growth opportunities
- Design and implement annual business plan
- Monitor and report on the business unit performance against goals.
- Manage, direct and motivate staff to achieve individual, team and company-wide objectives
- Hold team members accountable to delivery of agreed plans and strategies, and performance manage appropriately
- Identify development opportunities amongst staff and coordinate training, coaching and feedback in 1:1 meetings, performance reviews or as required
- Lead and guide team members through issues to resolution
- Provide mentoring and coaching, be an approachable sounding board and resource to all staff, when required
- Act as an escalation point for any conflict or 'difficult-to-manage' conversations
- Support and contribute to the development of Aspect’s business strategy
- Generate innovative ideas to improve the Aspect business and execute approved ideas through to completion
- Thorough preparation and contribution to internal business meetings
