The Project Administrator position is a key role providing support to the Project Management team for a wide variety of tasks within the areas of back-end operations, project administration, internal & external reporting, and cost analysis.
- Managing invoicing and purchase orders
- Assisting with project documentation, coordination, and reporting
- Managing schedules, budgets, and procurement processes
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintaining and organizing project files and records
- Assisting with risk management and compliance documentation
- Providing administrative support to the Project Manager and team
- Experience in project administration, preferably in the construction or data centre sectors
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Procore (desirable)
- Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
