Key Responsibilities
- Create, improve and maintain HR policies and processes
- Manage the entire recruitment process and ensure clear communication with employees and managers.
- Provide follow-up support for employee relations cases, helping to resolve issues with care and sensitivity.
- Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization, collaborating with leadership to drive positive outcomes.
- Take on more strategic responsibilities, such as offering leadership coaching
- You have HR experience in professional services and bring a proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
