They provide specialist building services from concept to completion on a large portfolio of building projects including commercial, residential, healthcare and education projects.
The Position:
Employed as an Senior or Associate level Engineer you will part of team providing the full range of mechanical solutions for building services. You will be responsible for design and documentation, project leading, client development, budget and resource control and mentoring of junior staff.
The Person:
As the successful candidate you will have:
- A recognised Mechanical Engineering degree
- Circa 8 -10 years + experience working as a Mechanical Engineer within a consulting environment
- Experience in building services mechanical design with comprehensive knowledge of local building codes and standards
- Exposure to a variety of building projects with experience in developing business, leading teams and delivering medium to large scale projects
- Polished presentation with strong client liaison, negotiation, management, leadership and communication skills
- Experience in delivery of BIM projects with working knowledge of Revit MEP software and it's application on multidisciplinary projects
