Salary: $150K - $200K package

This professional Regional Victorian Builder specialising in commercial construction projects up to $50M across Education, Health, Retail and Government facilities.
This business is a 5 day work week, with currently 15 live projects all over Victoria. You will be joining a business that has strong ties with Government projects and repeat clientele.
You will be apart of an award winning builder who promote internally and look after all their staff with regular salary reviews and additional programs.
ROLE:
Reporting into a Project Manager and Director,
You will be required to:
- Manage and prepare scopes of work and award sub-contract package
- Assess sub-contractor variations and progress payments
- Prepare monthly cost reports for the directors of the company
- Assist the Manager with project coordination of sub-contractors
- Manage the procurement for whole construction lifestyle
- Manage financials of the project and ensuring the project is profitable
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Demonstrated experience commercial projects from $10M+
- Demonstrated experience as a Contract Administrator on Commercial projects
- At least 7+ years in the Commercial Construction Industry
- Experience in Procurement and stakeholder management
- Ability to work closely with colleagues
- Excellent communication skills & client relationship
