The team requires an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operations. This role is crucial for supporting the company's growth and profitability while ensuring exceptional service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the operational support functions and relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Drive optimal revenue generation and invoicing practices.
- Oversee office management and support senior leadership in structural compliance and business operations.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Develop and nurture a high-performance team within the operational management function.
- Manage the operational management function, ensuring effective business processes and compliance.
- Engage with suppliers, contractors, and government agencies to deliver quality services.
- Provide timely, high-quality reporting to support business effectiveness.
- Maintain a positive office culture and uphold professional financial and accounting systems.
- Oversee proposals, marketing investments, HR practices, technology, risk management, and office operations.
- Lead the Quality/Safety/Environment management system and optimize business investments.
- Conduct regular staff and client satisfaction surveys, providing actionable feedback.
Skills and Requirements:
- 5+ years of operations experience, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Tertiary qualification in business, accounting, administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven leadership skills with a strong understanding of finance, accounting, technology, HR, marketing, and office management.
- Proficiency in MS Office365
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
