- A qualified Urban Planner with experience operating in Victoria and/or NSW.
- Successful track record of gaining planning permits for a range of medium to large residential and commercial projects.
- Experience in project management and delivery, with a proven track record of successful outcomes within a consulting environment.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey ideas.
- Comfortable in a business development role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- A team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for quality outcomes.
The remuneration will be commensurate with experience and compatibility with the selection criteria, but a starting salary of $120,000 + super + profit share is on offer.
