The role
Reporting into the Office Manager and working closely with the Director group you will ensure the smooth running of a mid-sized office. Being a part of a small operations team, your role is an integral part of the firm and will support both internal and external stakeholders. A positive attitude, exceptional customer-service skills and a team-focused approach is essential.
Typical tasks
- Reception and phone management
- Meeting room management
- General maintenance of office equipment and facilities
- Project setup and system compliance
- Maintain client information, database, project sheets
- Support IT set up
- Coordinate social events and industry-function attendance
- Positive but assertive communicator
- Highly organised and can stay calm under pressure
- Friendly, outgoing personality to build relationships easily
- Detail orientated and solutions focused
- Responsible and accountable for tasks through to completion
