Our Architecture and Design CBD client are seeking a Studio Manager to take ownership of the office and become an integral part of the team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a highly regarded Architecture practice and be responsible for key areas in the business.
What will you be responsible for?
· HR/P&C - employee relations, contract generation, recruitment, performance reviews, new starter induction, updating policies, maintain staff records, staff timesheets.
· Quality Management System compliance, quality assurance, OHS/first aid.
· Integrated Management System updating project information in Deltek Vision, update manuals and processes, support maintenance of project workflow, coordinate internal meetings, audit of documents in Aconex.
· Practice operations - support with staff resourcing, supplier/vendor management (building maintenance - electricians, plumbers, security) , ensuring smooth office operations, event management/coordination, marketing support.
· Accounts - liaising/supporting with accounts team.
· Staff Management – Responsible for management, upskilling and development of a Studio Assistant.
What do you need to succeed?
· Demonstrated experience managing the operations of a firm
· Similar experience in the design industry is highly regarded
· Professional presentation and excellent communication skills.
· MS Office is essential.
· Experience with Deltek Vison is a bonus.
· Excellent internal and external stakeholder management.
· Ability to collaborate with others.
