ROLE:
Reporting into a Project Manager, you will be required to:
- Manage and prepare scopes of work and award sub-contract package
- Assess sub-contractor variations and progress payments
- Prepare monthly cost reports for the directors of the company
- Assist the Manager with project coordination of sub-contractors
- Manage the procurement for whole construction lifestyle
- Lead and mentor junior team members
The successful candidate will be able to:
- A relevant construction degree
- Demonstrated experience as a Contract Administrator on Commercial fit out/ refurbishment projects
- Experience in Procurement and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills & client relationship
- Unlimited Australian working rights
