Role
This is a predominately site based Contract Administrator role to assist in delivering an Apartment project in Kew for the next 3-4 months.
This company is looking to hire effective immediately and below include some requirements for the role:
- Procurement of trades
- Implement project delivery processes to ensure project is ticking along nicely and hitting time frames
- Effective document and data control
- Assist the Project Manager and remainder of site team in their daily operations
- Monitor effectiveness of risk control measures
Requirements
- Cheops software experience
- Relevant Contract Administrator experience delivering Apartment or High End Residential project experience for Commercial Head-Contractor or similar type company
- Strong attention to detail
- White card
- Immediate or short notice availability
