Our client wants to appoint a Director of Town Planning to complement their leadership team of 5 across Brisbane and Melbourne. This firm employs 30 staff across the two offices, and requires a reputable leader to help grow their service offering in Brisbane.
This role will see you manage various projects across the residential, commercial, education, health, age-care, and industrial markets. You will work with their existing clients and support business development across all sectors. If you want to be rewarded for your "connections", this is the place.
What we're looking for:
- A qualified Urban Planner (aka Statutory Planner) with a solid reputation in the Queensland market.
- Must have recent private sector experience and be able to utilise your commercial acumen and business development skill set from day one.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey ideas.
- Experience in project management and delivery, with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
- Leading small teams is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- A team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for quality outcomes.
The remuneration will be commensurate with experience and compatibility with the selection criteria, but a starting salary of $180,000 plus super is on offer.
