The role
Due to business growth and the stability of the team, they now require a dedicated HR person to take responsibility for all people and culture initiatives and use their expertise to continue to elevate this area.
This will be a part time position of 3-4 days, with flexibility in the days and hours. There is potential to increase down the track as the consultancy continues to grow

Key areas:
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes
- Design and implement a performance review structure, career development plans and other talent retention strategies
- Create and manage a robust onboarding process and employee lifecycle
- Lead recruitment requirements and advise on best practices
- Upskill and empower managers and leaders through training and advice
- Provide advice on Fair Work, employment law and compliance matters
About you:
- Tertiary qualified in Human Resources
- Minimum 5 years in a senior level HR generalist role
- HR experience in a white collar, professional environment - Engineering ideal!
- Proven experience in strategy and building / improving HR functions
- Expertise in recruitment methods, employee engagement, performance management and policy development
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
