Reporting to an industry leader with over 20 years of experience, supported by 3 other Planning Directors, this role will expose you to some of Melbourne's most high-profile developments. Their clients are developers, superannuation funds, and private clients (not government authorities).

- A qualified Town Planner with a minimum of 5 years experience in Victoria, ensuring familiarity with the Victorian Planning Provisions and efficient process navigation.

- Strong attention to detail, coupled with critical and creative thinking abilities.

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and alignment with the selection criteria, but you can expect a salary of 115,000 to $130,000 + super + a competitive yearly bonus up to 15%.
