This company is a family owned D&C business that prides themselves on their high quality personnel and ability to create and nurture relationships with clients.


Role

The relevant role is a 6-month contract delivering a $5M Medical Fitout in Midland.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing subcontractors
• Ensuring project is running to program
• Managing quality of works
• Identify and mitigate any risks that may arise on site
• Driving and enforcing OH&S and safety measure

Requirements

• Site Manager experience delivering a Medical Fitout
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediately available or on short notice
