You will be joining the Land Development arm of a multi-disciplinary Project Management Consultancy and Developer, who have went from strength to strength over the last few years as they’ve expanded the business into multiple sectors and functions.

Your New Role:
You will be joining the Land Development team as an Assistant Development Manager, where you will work closely alongside the Senior Development Manager on a number of large scale developments, a number of which are in the very early stages of development, enabling you to gain end-to-end exposure.
Within this role, some of your responsibilities may include:
- Assist the Senior Development Manager in the planning, design, and execution of land subdivision projects, including conducting feasibility studies, analysing market trends, and creating project timelines.
- Work closely with the Senior Development Manager to develop project budgets and manage costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the coordination of project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants, to ensure that project objectives are met.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities and community groups, to ensure that projects are aligned with local planning requirements and community expectations.
- Manage the preparation of development applications and work closely with the Development Manager to ensure that all necessary approvals are obtained.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Provide support to the Senior Development Manager in negotiations with landowners and other stakeholders to acquire land for development.
- Assist in the management of relationships with external partners, such as contractors and suppliers, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as real estate, planning, or engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in property development/civil design engineering, with exposure working on land subdivision projects.
- Strong understanding of local planning regulations and the ability to navigate complex planning processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and find solutions to complex problems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and collaborative approach.
