A well established, full-service concrete structures company that specialises in builders across the Commercial, Civil and Residential sectors.
With a strong portfolio of work from Tier 1 and 2 Commercial Builders providing repeat work, this company continues to secure larger, complex and exciting projects.
The structural packages on these projects vary anywhere from $5M - 20M in value.
Role
I am looking to speak to experienced and upcoming Project Managers in the formwork and structural steel that have worked on Tier 1 and 2 Commercial projects.
This role will involve working on either of the following:
- $15M Structures Package Project | Tier 2 Builder
- $15M Structures Package Project | Tier 1 Builder
- Develop project plans and program
- Prepare and monitor project costs
- Lead and supervise the site team
- Create and maintain OH&S measures and procedures
- Regular communication with clients, attend site meetings
Requirements
- Project Manager experience for concrete structure company delivering Tier 1/2 commercial projects
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
