Role
The relevant role is a Project Manager position to deliver Government projects up to $60M.
The role will be split between relevant sites and the office in a Bayside location.
This position is for an early 2025 start with the client willing to interview before the Christmas break.
Typical responsibilities will include:
- Manage and prepare scopes of work and award sub-contract package
- Assess sub-contractor variations and progress payments
- Prepare monthly cost reports for the directors of the company
- Assist the Manager with project coordination of sub-contractors
- Manage all relevant stakeholders
- Financially astute, complete control of budgets and ensure that projects are profitable
Requirements
- Project Manager experience for a Commercial Headcontractor with a track record of delivering Government projects in excess of $20M
- Located nearby to the Bayside area
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Jobpac software experience
